3.2 Accurate Information

This information must match the identity documents you submit for verification. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure without payment of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

5.1 Eligible Balance

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and outstanding balances may be voided.

Win786 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for every player on the platform. The following acts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live games.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated play scripts, card-reading software or any third-party tool that gives an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another player to transfer value.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Win786 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. For PSL betting, Win786 follows standard cricket betting rules: in the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, Win786's specific settlement rules (published in the sportsbook) apply. Bets placed on suspended markets may be voided at Win786's discretion.

8.4 Poker-Specific Rules

Poker at Win786 is player-versus-player. Win786 earns rake from cash game pots and a registration fee from tournaments. A 5% rake cap applies at Rs 200 per hand for cash games. 12.1 Win786-Initiated Closure

Win786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or money laundering
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Win786 ceasing to operate the relevant service in a given jurisdiction

Where Win786 closes an account for reasons other than Terms violation or fraud, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within 5 working days.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Win786 account at any time by contacting support at support@win786.biz. Before closure, any uncleared wagering requirement on active bonuses will be removed and real-money balances will be returned. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and take effect within 24 hours of submission.

Win786 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, Win786 will notify registered players via email and/or an in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
